David Pons' long career in the real estate sector, from a very young age, where he has created, co-directed and managed several successful companies, constitutes the fundamental basis for his subsequent creation and development of Tabia Group.

David has a strong entrepreneurial spirit and a keen ability to identify and capitalise on market opportunities, from a very young age. In his career, he has managed to secure more than six million euros in investment rounds for innovative real estate and technology projects, consolidating his reputation as a trusted investor and business leader.

David also devotes a significant part of his time to philanthropic activities. Since 2015, he has been a member of the Rotary Club, and has led various humanitarian projects in countries such as Guinea-Bissau, Senegal and the Republic of Congo.

David is also a member of the Association of Young Entrepreneurs // AJE and sits on the COTAJIN investment board in Madrid and Barcelona.

Since joining Tabia Group, Eva has taken on a comprehensive leadership role, where she has successfully restructured and optimized the group’s financial and tax operations.

Before joining Tabia Group, Eva García-Paredes developed her career at Arthur Andersen and Marxant Balear, where she acquired consolidated experience in tax consulting and financial auditing. These positions allowed her to hone her skills in tax and accounting management, as well as the implementation of innovative tax strategies with great success.

Eva holds a degree in Economics from the University of the Balearic Islands and has complemented her training with numerous specialized courses in various financial, accounting and tax areas. Her commitment to continuing education and professional excellence has made her an expert in the implementation of advanced and efficient tax solutions. In addition to her outstanding professional career, Eva has been actively involved in the non-profit sector, focusing on tax and financial auditing. Her dedication and experience in this field have allowed her to significantly contribute to the financial strengthening of various entities, ensuring transparency and sustainability in their tax management.

Over 15 years of experience in internal and external communications, brand management, media negotiations, advertising, marketing and event management and execution, PR and sponsorships, having worked both nationally and internationally, in the USA.

Before joining Tabia, Patricia has developed her professional career in several of the main agencies in Spain; Omnicom Media Group, Prisma, Initiative or Mediacom, as well as in companies such as BBVA or Santalucia.

Graduate in Business Administration and Management from the Autonomous University of Madrid, MBA from the Pontifical University of Comillas (ICADE), Executive Master in Marketing and Communication Management from ESIC.

Head of the legal department at Tabia Group Latin America. With more than 20 years of experience, he practices law in diverse areas such as civil, administrative, environmental and constitutional law.

Previously he was legislative advisor to the Vice Presidency of the Senate of the Republic of Chile.

Waldo holds a degree in Law from the Universidad de las Villas, an academic degree in Legal and Social Sciences from the University of Chile and a law degree.
